Infinity members took part in the recent West Sussex County/National Qualifiers weekend at Westergate. The Saturday was the Pairs but our teams didn’t really get going and, as a result, none got past the group stages.
In the Triples competition on Sunday, we faired much better with Steve, Steve & Elly getting to the quarter finals before losing on the last bowl to the Martletts. Denise K and Denise M played with Jacqui Arnell and had a decent day losing in the plate final.
However, Infinity ultimately triumphed in the main competition with Robin, Paul & Peter lifting the title and booking their trip to the nationals next year.
